To ensure your arrival is absolutely seamless, we always greet our guests in person. Because precision and punctuality are incredibly important to us, we kindly ask you to inform us of your estimated arrival time as soon as your travel plans are confirmed. This helps ensure that no one is left waiting and your welcome is perfect.

Please keep our standard scheduling in mind:

🕒 Check-in starts at 15:00 (3:00 PM).

🕚 Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Can you arrive earlier? If you wish to arrive before 15:00, we will gladly accommodate an early check-in subject to availability. However, please understand that an early check-in is not always possible. Our previous guests depart at 11:00 AM, and our professional cleaning team needs this essential window of time to meticulously clean, sanitize, and prepare the chalet so it is absolutely spotless for your arrival. Late Check-in Policy:

Please note that our check-in time ends at 8:00 PM (20:00). If you plan to arrive after this time, the reservation may be subject to cancellation. Alternatively, a late check-in fee will apply to cover the transportation costs for a staff member to meet you and open the property.

IMPORTANT: STRICT NO SMOKING AND NO FIRE POLICY

Smoking, lighting candles, incense, or any type of open flame is strictly prohibited INSIDE the Chalet (building). Failure to comply with this rule will result in a €500 penalty fee, as well as immediate eviction of all guests without a refund.

Occupancy and Pet Policy

This property is exclusively for a maximum of 4 guests. Additional guests are strictly prohibited. Furthermore, pets are not allowed without prior written authorization from the company. Arriving with a pet without permission may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

Quiet Environment: Party and Event Policy

To preserve the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of our historical family estate, we strictly enforce the following policies to ensure the comfort, safety, and tranquility of all our guests.

Gathering groups of more than 4 people in the house or anywhere on its grounds for celebrations, parties, or events is strictly prohibited.
Casual Visitors Welcome: If you are simply expecting a regular, quiet visit from your friends during the day, this is absolutely no problem at all and you are welcome to host them.

Barbecue Area Policy & Guidelines

This is a house designed to accommodate up to 2 people.
The Casa La Maquina cannot offer accommodation for children over 2 years old due to safety regulations. Babies up to 2 years old (not yet) do not pay and must be under parental supervision at all times.

We are pleased to offer a fully equipped BBQ area on the chalet grounds for your enjoyment.

If you would like to use this facility, please note the following policy:
Additional Fee:
There is a €20 extra charge per stay for using the BBQ area.
What is Included:
This fee strictly covers the specialized deep cleaning and the removal of charcoal residue/soot from the equipment after your use, ensuring you can enjoy your meals hassle-free.

To avoid any misunderstandings and to ensure the area is fully prepared for your stay, please inform us in advance and arrange the payment at check-in.
